How things work here.
In plain words.

Parts orders, shipping to the shop, returns, service work, consignment and what we do with your information. If a question isn't answered below, text us and we'll answer it straight.

01

Parts orders

Our online parts store is run and fulfilled by SxS Network, a Colorado UTV parts specialist. When you buy through it, SxS Network takes the payment, ships the order and handles returns and warranty claims. Your receipt and order emails come from SxS Network, and their policies apply to the purchase:

Prices in the store are set by SxS Network and can change without notice. Some brands are sold at manufacturer-set (MAP) pricing, which we can't discount. Stock and lead times shown on a product page come from the vendor; if something is back-ordered after you've paid, SxS Network will tell you and you can wait or cancel for a full refund.

Questions about an order you've placed: mail@sxsnetwork.com or (719) 428-6837. Questions about what to buy or whether it fits: that's us — text the shop.

02

Ship to the shop

Choose Ship to Savage Powersports when you check out and the order comes straight to 607 W 7th St instead of your house. We'll text you when it lands. Installation isn't included in the part price — we quote it separately, and you're welcome to pick the part up and fit it yourself.

  • Standard orders usually arrive in 3–5 business days after they ship; heavy freight (cages, suspension kits, tires) in 5–10. Custom or built-to-order items take longer and the store will say so.
  • Heavy freight to a commercial address like ours avoids the residential surcharges some carriers add — one of the reasons ship-to-shop is worth doing on big items.
  • If a part arrives damaged or wrong, tell us before it goes on the machine — photos of the box and the part are what the claim needs, and we'll sort it out with SxS Network.
  • Parts that arrive for you are held for you. Please pick up or book the install within a reasonable time — if something's been sitting a while, we'll text you.
03

Returns & warranty

Returns on store orders follow SxS Network's policy. The short version, so you know before you buy:

  • 30 days from the day you receive it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
  • Parts that have been installed or test-fitted (tool marks, scuffs), electrical parts with the factory seal broken, and custom or special orders can't be returned.
  • Large or heavy items (portals, suspension kits, tires) carry a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is on the customer unless the order was wrong or the part was defective.
  • Start a return by emailing mail@sxsnetwork.com with the order number. Refunds go back to the original payment within 10 business days of the return being checked in.

Warranty on a part is the manufacturer's. If something fails, bring it in or text photos — we'll tell you whether it's a warranty claim and help you file it. Read the current full policy at sxsnetwork.com; if the two ever disagree, theirs is the one that counts.

04

Service work

  • Labor is $120 an hour. Machines from model years 2000–2010 are $150 an hour — older machines take longer, and we don't take anything older than 2000. We look at a clean, low-mile older machine case by case.
  • Diagnostics are one hour of labor. If a tech finds the cause in the first fifteen or twenty minutes, it rolls into the repair and there's no separate charge. If you take the machine without doing the repair, the diagnostic hour is what you owe. Cut-and-dried jobs (a broken axle is a broken axle) skip it.
  • Estimate first, no surprises. We tell you what it needs and what it'll cost before work starts, and we call or text before going past what you approved.
  • Deposits. Half down on parts when the parts alone run around $2,000 or more, or when the repair is worth more than the machine. Most jobs need no deposit.
  • Your parts or ours. Bring your own parts and we'll fit them at the same rate. Parts bought through our store ship straight here.
  • Pick-up and storage. We'll text when it's ready. A finished machine can sit for ten business days; after that it's $25 a day — the bays are small and it's taking a spot from the next one.
  • Labor warranty. Thirty days on most work. Engine rebuilds carry a one-year warranty. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we handle the exchange when a part is covered.
  • Payment is due at pick-up: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or cash.

In a hurry? Expedited work is possible when we're certain we can hit the date; it carries a higher hourly rate, quoted before we start. Ask and we'll tell you straight whether it's doable.

05

Consignment

  • Inspection first. Every consignment machine gets our multi-point inspection and has to come in within 70% of factory standard — compression, suspension play, the lot. Tires and wear are expected; a machine that fails isn't listed. The inspection is billed to you whether or not it sells.
  • The split is 10% of the sale. You set the asking price with our recommendation, in writing, before it's listed. If it hasn't sold in 30 days we'll ask you to re-look at the price; priced right, most sell within two weeks.
  • Your machine stays insured by you while it's here. Our insurance covers the shop, not your machine.
  • Riding it while it's listed is fine. It sells faster on our floor, but it doesn't have to live here.
  • Taking it back. Any time in the first 30 days, you owe the inspection and nothing else. After 30 days, storage is $25 a week until you collect it.
  • Clean title in hand is the simplest path. A machine with a lien can usually still list — the payoff gets handled at the sale. You're paid when it sells, on the terms in the agreement.

Privacy

  • No accounts. This site doesn't ask you to sign up for anything, apart from new-gear alerts if you choose to turn them on.
  • My Garage lives on your device. Your machines, photos and riding profile are stored in your own browser and never sent to us unless you submit a form that includes them. Clearing your browser data clears your garage.
  • New-gear alerts are optional. If you turn them on in My Garage, we keep your email address and the machines in your garage (type, year, make, model and trim, not your photos) so we can email you when new parts land for them. At most one email a week, and only when something new fits. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them straight away.
  • Forms go to the shop. A service request, consignment inquiry, build request or job application is emailed to the shop's inbox and read by the shop. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. We don't sell or share it.
  • Text buttons open your own messaging app with a message pre-typed; nothing is sent until you hit send.
  • The parts store and checkout run on SxS Network's Shopify store. What they collect at checkout is covered by their privacy policy. Your name, phone, address and what you ordered are shared with us so we know it's coming.
  • Cookies and visitor stats. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get used. It sets its own cookies in your browser (their names start with _ga) and doesn't tell us who you are. The site doesn't set advertising cookies. To opt out, use Google's opt-out add-on or block cookies in your browser.
  • Photos you send of your machine are used to look at your machine, and for nothing else, unless you tell us we can share a build.

Want something you sent us deleted? Text or email and we'll do it.

07

Website terms

  • Everything on this site is offered in good faith but can change: hours, pricing, availability, what we'll take on. The estimate you approve is what counts, not a page.
  • Fitment shown in the store comes from the manufacturers. If you're not sure a part fits, ask us before you buy — it's what we're here for.
  • Photos of customer machines are shown with permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.
  • Savage Powersports is an independent shop. Manufacturer names are used to describe what we work on.
