What comes through the bay

What we work on

Pick the one that sounds like your problem — it starts your quote with the right box ticked.

Routine service

Oil & filter, fluids, grease, filters, belts. The unglamorous stuff that decides how your season goes.

Diagnose a problem

Won't start, runs rough, a noise you don't like, a light that won't go off. Tell us what it's doing and we'll find out why.

Belts, clutches & drivetrain

Belt replacement, clutch service and rebuilds, driveline and axle work.

Brakes

Pads, rotors, lines, fluid. If it takes more pedal than it used to, don't wait on it.

Suspension & steering

Shocks, A-arms, tie rods, bushings, ball joints, alignment — stock or aftermarket.

Electrical & lighting

Wiring, batteries, charging, light bars, radios, accessories that stopped working.

Engine work

Top-end work through full rebuilds. Chasing more power? That's Performance.

Tires & wheels

Mount, balance, repairs, bead locks. Trail, mud or snow rubber — we'll fit it.

Install what you bought

Bought it somewhere else? Bring it in — we'll still fit it. Buy it through our store and it ships straight to the shop.

Winterization & storage

Fuel, battery, fluids and mice-proofing before the first freeze. Plow and winter setups too.

Don't see it?

Ask. If it's a job we shouldn't take, we'll tell you before you load the trailer.

How it works

Three steps.
No phone tag.

01

Tell us what it's doing

The form below, or text a photo. Symptoms beat descriptions — a 10-second clip of the noise saves everyone a trip.

02

We quote it first

You get a price and a drop-off time. Nothing starts until you've said yes.

03

Drop it, we call when it's done

Need parts? Order them through our store and they ship straight here. Bought them somewhere else? Bring them.

Straight talk

We'd rather lose the job than hand back a machine we're not sure about.

Sometimes the right answer is "don't put money into that" — and you'll hear it from us before you spend a dime. It costs us work now and then. It's also why people drive 90 miles to get here.

What does it need?

Name, phone and the machine are the only must-haves. Everything else helps us quote it right.

Goes straight to the shop. No spam, no list, no follow-up you didn't ask for.

Got it.

We'll read it and get back to you with a price and a time. Need it faster? Text us at (719) 696-3886.

Before the first freeze

Winterization & storage prep

Fuel goes stale, batteries die, and something small always moves into the airbox. A machine that sits wrong for four months starts the spring with a repair bill instead of a ride. Book it in the fall and it'll fire on the first warm weekend.

Riding through the winter instead? We set up plows, heaters, cab enclosures and snow tires too — ask when you send the form.

Questions

Before you drop it off

Appointment or walk in?

Both. Walk-ins happen every day — a tire that needs a tube, a belt. An appointment (or the form above) means we know what we're walking into before you arrive, which gets you out faster.

How long will it take?

Diagnostics: an answer within the first two days. Oil changes and general services are quick drop-offs, usually back in two or three days even in season. The average job stays under two weeks. Big builds are their own animal — a couple of months depending on what's on the list. Insurance claims add a week or more of waiting on the insurer before parts can even be ordered.

What's the rate, and what does a diagnostic cost?

Labor is $120 an hour; 2000–2010 machines are $150 an hour. A diagnostic is one hour of labor. If the tech finds the cause in the first fifteen or twenty minutes it rolls into the repair and there's no separate charge. Full numbers on the policies page.

Do you take machines older than 2000, or off-brand machines?

No. We work on the major brands — Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, CFMOTO, Arctic Cat, KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas and the like — model year 2000 and newer. The off-brand machines usually aren't worth the labor it takes to fix them, and parts and manuals don't exist. We'll tell you straight rather than hand you a bill bigger than the machine.

I bought the parts myself — will you put them on?

Yes, same rate. Parts bought through our store ship straight to the shop; we text you when they land and get you on the schedule. And before you assume online is cheaper: we run the same specials the brands run, and what's on our shelf is often cheaper than shipping it.

Do you do fabrication and welding?

Small stuff, yes — brackets, tabs, braces, a crack we can weld and stand behind. We're not a fab shop. Frame repair is replace, not rebuild, and aftermarket cages are ordered from the people who build them.

Can you set up my suspension for how I ride?

That's Jordan's thing. Tell us how you ride, what you weigh, tires, travel, gearing — and you get a build sheet made for that machine and that rider, not a generic setting.

It's an emergency — how fast can you get to it?

If it's urgent and we're certain we can hit the date, we'll say so and quote an expedited rate. If we can't, we'll say that too. A service four days before a hunting trip isn't an emergency yet — bring it in early.
